Julie Galdieri

A SoHarmonium since 2012, Julie Galdieri is a classically trained stage actor and the founder and principal of Loquent, Inc., where she works as a speech coach, director, and writer with clients across Finance, Tech, Media, Entertainment, Healthcare, the Ivy League, and the non-profit sector.

For over twenty years, she has coached recognized leaders from Fortune 500 companies, preparing them to address television audiences, influential boardrooms, and live audiences of thousands. In addition, Julie’s clients include well-known media personalities and celebrated individuals in the entertainment industry. She lectures at The Climate School at Columbia University.

The many media personalities for whom Julie has scripted include Barbara Walters, Kenan Thompson, Marlo Thomas, Robin Roberts, Bob Ley, Terry Crews, Keith Olbermann, Chris Berman, Alicia Keys, Lorraine Bracco, James Earl Jones, and Regis Philbin. She was the script supervisor for Oprah Winfrey and Ralph Lauren for the event, Ralph Lauren at Lincoln Center.

Julie is also a professional actor who has created and performed dozens of roles Off-Broadway, at Alice Tully Hall, in regional theatres, independent and feature films, and voice-overs. She co-founded the NYC theatre company, SET Collective, in 2012. Currently, she is developing the role of Edith Wharton in the play, Wharton Between the Sheets, by playwright Anne Undeland. With SoHarmoniums, she has sung at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Merkin Hall, and Symphony Space. Julie holds a BA from Amherst College and an MA from Trinity Rep Conservatory, and she’s a proud member of AEA, SAG-AFTRA, and New York Women in Film and Television.
